As an AUB student, Khalid has always been enchanted by the beauty of AUB's campus. Being one of the most prestigious institution, Khalid could always capture, through his photography, the little stories each place held. With its caressing breeze, its enlightening buildings and its calming sea, AUB has become a second home to Khalid, a tiny paradise.
A Glimpse into the Club's World

"Beirut Benzers" is a group of Mercedes Benz car-owners in Beirut. It also belongs to the essential Mercedes Benz Club in Lebanon. Being the founder of Beirut Benzers, Khalid had the opportunity to dive into the fast and furious world of cars while reflecting, though the lens of his camera, his passion for cars. Whenever he organizes event for his club-members, Khalid accompanies himself with his camera to capture moments while riding across Lebanon.

When Mohamad, Khalid's brother, purchased his new car in Dubai, Khalid could not but welcome this "beast" by photographing it in different locations and from different perspectives. This fantastic engine that roars in Dubai's streets is called "The Road's Angry Beast".

Mercedes Benz Club - Lebanon
The original building of College Hall, built in 1873, was destroyed by a bomb in 1991, and what stands now is the new College Hall rebuilt in 1999. It houses administrative offices and departments such as the President’s Office, Comptroller’s Office, Registrar’s Office, Admissions Office, and Human Resources Department as well as the Department for Arabic and Near Eastern Languages and the Department of History and Archaeology and the Center for American Studies and Research (CASAR)
Established in the year 2000. First AUB faculty to be named after a person. The new facility was inaugurated on 13 October 2009. Along Beirut’s seaside Corniche, a state of art facility which combines technology, teamwork, and academic excellence
A view inside the 65 year old library. It is the first, out of the 4 libraries found in AUB, to be constructed. The library is large enough to an extent that staff members couldn't even estimate the number of books found in that library
The Dabke Club at AUB started the longest Dabke in AUB history on January 28, 2016. The famous singer Melhem Zein was part of the Dabke that consisted of more than 3,000 students and faculty members. This picture resembles one of the numerous activities AUB clubs present to its students
Completed in 1902, this building served for a time as headquarters of the School of Commerce, and was later used as men’s dormitory. The hall was remodeled in 1960, and now is used for classrooms and offices for the English department
The Marquand house was the residence of AUB presidents since its completion in 1879. It was built with a $5,000 gift from Fredrick Marquand, a merchant from NY. The view from the president’s house looks at the Charles Hostler Building on the left, the Olayan School of Business on the right, and the Green Field with the astonishing sea view directly in front
Planted in 1923, the Banyan Tree presents a large shadow, a beautiful smell, and numerous branches hanging from it

Beirut Benzers' first 5 members, that met on April 2016, before heading out on their first ride around the city of Beirut. The club has more than 25 loyal members today

Home Sweet Home
Al-Khobar, a Saudi Arabian city, is the city in which Khalid grew up. To him, those pictures depict his first home, the home in which endless memories are engraved.
The city has a marvelous environment and is well-known to be rich in worldwide brands, variety of events, and official regulations to keep the city safe. Its exquisite landscapes cannot but intrude into Khalid's camera while becoming pictures with a thousand word, a thousand memory.
